I have been playing since nearly day one of Beta, I am well over 3 months into the game. I disagree with this list ish. It is easy to drop a bunch of heroes and say they are good, for you and why. 1. Captain America - Ability Energy is awesome. Subsequently, he pairs with AoE beaters. However, Jessica Jones ia actually better for pushing ability Energy for your guys. Giving up to 3 and can target the same hero multiple times. IE on Turn one she can max our Rocket or Quake immediately allowing for maximum carnage. 2. Hawkeye and Hand Sentry. They are very similar in their abilities one for you or debuff for them. They take the same slot in your party. 3. Gamora is great but there is better single target beaters. I do suggest getting your Guardians to 5* for the Starlord/Groot event. Yondu Drax Rocket Gamora and Nebula will be needed I am 99% sure. 4. Nebula is over looked often. She is sick, counters and evades and in the right team of assists with say King Pin, she is very strong. 5. Red Skull has been confirmed. I would also suggest getting 5 Hydra to 5* - Cross Bones is included here. I also agree on his top 10 spot. 6. Wolverine is good but is extremely untested since he doesn't have group synergy with many yet. So reservations on him making this list. 7. Hulk. He was very terrible before launch, the source of much frustration but now that his speed has been adjusted and his abilities tuned. He is actually quite the contender. He hits very hard on his AoE and his near insurmountable health pool makes him a strong tank. 8. Black Widow is amazing, but easily countered. If your opponent has Drax she is usless without pairing her with someone to remove Drax's taunt. She will speed up your whole team then they are all forced to hit Drax as he is slow and has a large health pool to absorb those early hits. So run her with Cap and Quake and she then becomes godly. 9. Healers, Shield opperative is actually overlooked as a good healer but people don't realize she can synergize with stealth teams as well as her regen heal is quick to use and refresh. Sheild Medic is also good, with a similar skill set to Night Nurse, but with a little tweak, leveled and geared she is also more tanky and allows more face hits which makes her good in Blitz and Arena defense teams. 10. All the heroes. They are all good, even the minions. if you look closely at their synergy abilities this is what sets this game apart from swgoh. Take Defenders for example. Stick them all on the same team and they boost each other so well that you can take down top meta teams. Hell I will use a bad example Mercenaries. Merc Luetenant. I won't spoil the surprise. But go look at him. He is hands down with his team a monster. I ran them on my second account and went toe to toe with the top "meta" characters and often won. To that regard the AI isn't as fleshed out as swgoh but it is a good testiment to the average gamer. Anyway, if you made it through all that, I hope you have some more insight. I am happy to politely go through the lists. I don't make KZbin video's but I play more mobile games than the mainstream ones with a wealth of knowledge. Good luck in your farm guys. Hello, What is your advice on a F2P like myself? starting out. I have all the possible Defenders except Iron fist and JESSICA jones , Crossbones/Nebula/Bullseye Abd Elecktra for my villain side. I have Several HAND/Hydra and mercenaries. I know Hand sorcerror a good healer so I do use her in Blitz I am focusing on grinding Yondu and Hawkeye in campaign nodes, waiting to slowly farm tickets for Arena to dump em on Drax and Quake later on . I do Blitz is only for Gamora. Is that a sound plan?

I am very free to play. I did buy the Cap pack 3 months ago but though. Thats all I have spent. The low level farming characters are easy, hulk since he's achievement based. Xbones. Drax. Sheild medic. Hawkeye. If your guild is doing raids, thor or Hand sentry. I wouldn't do hand sentry if you're running Hawkeye though till you're running two teams. Any sheild agent. They are actually quite good. One even has a massive AoE like rocket but easier to farm. I'd focus on hitting 50 though. Focus on one team for Arena blitz and guild raid. You can make do with heroes you like. More than pretending there is a meta.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi add King Pin to your list. He'll be the key to success in a villain team. He adds more assists. Nebula is a good pairing here with Xbones. I run Bullseye too in mine, he can die easily but usually he kills their glass canon like rocket before their tank taunts. Very strong. I'd replace electric with supreme she's great, she'll AoE debuff the other team and steal their buffs for you and has a strong single target basic which helps with the bonus attacks.

Howard Clarke Ah I see, Kingpin and Cap Murcia is not accessible to just yet, they have to wait lol. My team power is 9k,lv31 ATM. Raids you say! Hmmm Thor or Hand sentry, I will see who in the foreseeable future, maybe get both? I know Thor is slower and benefits better from a Shield based team. I just unlock Nebula , she fit nicely into my villain team I am keeping my team at tier 5 and at 10k power if that's the Ok range for Arena on my level? I log in daily, farm Yondu and Hawkeye shards and do my dailies. Can't wait for Wolverine , Hulk too- do you have em? How are they in your experience ? I just started grabbing Gamora shards in Blitz as I do have enough to do so. However, for Drax and Quake , they have to wait a little longer. It take 1-2 weeks for me to accumulate enough Arena tickets to grab their shards.

Spidey is decent but he drops off in power later in the game, he can't compete with the likes of Gamora and Crossbones. Definitely farm them first.

Not in every case blind is better then taunt. Abilities that effect a character himself or its team (like heals or taunts) are possible to use even if the char is blinded.

Not sure if i agree with drax. Never really liked him bc he isnt a support tank like cap or luke cage. All drax does is taunt while cap and LC gives defense up ability energy and deathproof from LC.

I got Black Widow opening a premium orb. Just straight up gave me 100 shards. Honestly she is good, but not awesome unless paired with the right team. Pairing with Quake she works great, but without big damage dealers like Wolverine or Punisher it's not enough. In short she's only great because she helps makes other great characters greater. She's good, but a bit overrated IMO Gamora looks amazing though. Need about 30 more shards. Also gotta level up Yondu and Ronan

Jarsia actually bw is one of the best character you don t need only dmg dealers in ur team paired up with cap you are constantly in speed boost and with quake you almost attack two times more than the ennemi + she steals buff and have a stun that could avoid a xbone explosion or rocket aoe

Jarsia ronan on the other hand is not really good unless you do a ful kree team that is currently not so strong he isn t tanky doesn t deal dmgs his ult do not do dmg and can only disable up to 3 character while you could blind with hawkeye and w is pretty useless to
