I said in my absolu review that boss are killing it. We have niche brands like pdm who are releasing safe and mass appealing fragrances to reach a broader audience and thankfully boss are doing the opposite. I hope they keep taking these creative risks because the market is saturated with the same profiles being constantly regurgitated

Hello Chris. I do not think you should blind buy Pacific Chill. That being said, you MUST absolutely try it next time you get a chance to, it is easily in my Top 5 fragrances EVER and in my Top 3 "Suitable" for Summer scent. It's also the one my girlfriend loves the most out of my collection and always the answer she gives when I dare to ask "what should I wear today" (she herself wears it occasionally, it's totally unisex). Out of the list for 2024 these would be my personal picks (only bottles I bought and have enough experience with): 1. Pacific Chill 2. Althaïr 3. Bottled Absolu 4. Le Male Elixir 5. Eros Energy 6. Supremacy Collector's Edition

These awards made me go get a Althair decant. In no world is a vanilla bomb #1. Smells like something my girlfriend would love for herself

As someone who chose Althair to be his #1 favorite ever (at this point I've tested around 200 parfumes), do not buy Althair by Parfums de Marly but rather get "Art of Nature II" by Lattafa Pride. Costs $50 for 100ml instead of $200 for 75ml for Althair. And let me tell you, it smells the exact absolute same.

Pacific Chill, though I'm not a fan of LV, this stuff is a gem. Will be worn a lot during very warm days. The price is criminal as is the fact you've not smelt it ;) Althair - yes but get yourself Liquid Brun for a quarter of the price tag. i'm yet to find a half decent Guerlain fragrance, horrible stuff.

I got shocked when you disregarded Born in Roma intense… I am so tired of all the citrus/aquatic/liquor/tabacco sents 😕 I get massive compliments as being the one with a flowery herbal sweet sent between all the generic perfumes. So love your content as always, but Valentino born in Roma intense for everyday use and JPG Le Beau Paradise Garden for special occasions are the ones to stand out for me ✌️

@ I respect your opinion. Vanilla is the most prominent, but the orange/cinammon praline notes are quite easy to detect for quite a few. Taste is subjective which makes it more fun

@@letterkeys4440this is a really bad take. If Altair was just vanilla, I would enjoy it. There’s a bunch of stuff going on in the fragrance that I don’t enjoy. Everyone else is describing a vanilla mixed with a spiciness and other elements. If you truly only smell vanilla, then your nose is defective.
