None other than Matt Kenseth! That race was the 2002 Canada Day Shootout at Cayuga Speedway. Many NASCAR Cup drivers ran it. Kenseth, Tony Stewart, Johnny Benson, Ken Schrader, Dave Blaney, Ted Musgrave, etc.
