Wow if you had not told me that the Captain Toads Treasure Island was made in Dreams I would have never known as it looks like a full game made by a games studio mind blown as what peeps can do in this Amazing program they call Dreams

here's a game idea if anyone wants it. i kinda hate dumb games that are just about memes or upsetting your expectations. it's gotta have some physics and nonlinear outcome. used to think a nice game would be a house and yard and you are the different life forms in the same place. but a roach simulator, where you're in an apartment or something and there's a big guy who can swat or spray et c. the physics would be fun i'm just old tired and tired of gross stuff.

@@UglySofaGaming Whatever it is it's very annoying. 80% of comments and reviews are generic "awesome" "great" "nicee"ones They will spam these comments on any creation, even an empty scene. Giving players trophies for commenting was a mistake, it encourages bot like behaviour.

@@DrJones20 While I would mostly agree, unfortunately 99% of Dreamers provide zero feedback, so this isn't any worse.

@@MrMpa31 Personally I'd rather have no feedback than spam. It's strange because in LittleBigPlanet there's more feedback and there are no trophies for doing it there. The reviews/comments are full of personality and uniqueness in LBP.

@@DrJones20 Dreams has this weird mentality where everyone is scared of being "mean". There is nothing less helpful than comments that just say that everything is good. Honestly i wish all the comments i got were critical. How else do you learn and improve.

My play later queue is stacked so bad I spent 8 hours on Dreams Sat and barely made a dent but I did do a twitter thread highlighting what I played you might be interested in checking out (although some from that list will be in upcoming top 10s - I got about two more lists on the go at the mo) not enough time I've got a new game I want to start making with Sam too

@@UglySofaGaming My Play later keeps growing as well. But a lot of that has to do with people not making it clear if their creation is a short experience or a long play. Dreams really needs tags to denote game length. Im not on Twitter. It always seemed weird to me that Mm and Dreams community went to where the gamers are not

I am planning to make my own Spiderman game and make it a Myerty game too because it will be my own version of Spider-Man Into The Spider-Verse because you will play as Miles Morales and see the game from his point of view even though you will play as other Character to as in the other Spider-Men and even as the Spiderman from Miles World who died but only play as him through the first person.

Dreams has a lot of potential, but then you have Sumo Digital seeming bored and wanting to move onto something else soon? Will their future projects be similar to individual creativity? So many questions.

Dreams development is done, but the Devs are Media Molecule who are moving on to a new project. I'm not happy about it but it is what it is 🤷‍♂️ Sumo Digital are completely separate
