Whilst I appreciate the PS4 to PS5 upgrades I just wish there was more dedicated PS5 games. The console has been out for a couple of years now but we still get multiple platform support. I understand there are still a lot of active PS4 players out there and i guess this is the reason. I don’t recall such cross generation support before. He’s hoping for more PS5 games where the developers can focus on pushing the PS5.

The game should have had a next gen upgrade. Unfortunately, Rockstar/Take Two only care about the golden goose that is GTA Online so I don't see an upgrade for RDR2 at all.

So let me get this straight. I have to purchase GTA5 over again just to get the upgrades? That sucks. On another note I have yet to see metal gear solid phantom pain get and upgrade. That game is incredible as it is. I can't imagine how much better it would be at 60fps.

wait... MGS Phantom pain was already 60fps on PS4, and it also got upgraded to 1440p 60fps for the PS4 Pro. So, it was already done. On PS5 it runs the Pro code of the game. That's about as good as it gets, most PS5 games don't see a full 4K and 1440p looks great.
