Top 10 Best Restaurants in Toledo, Ohio

These are definitely NOT the top ten restaurants in Toledo, Ohio. Grumpy's is really good, and Packo's has historical importance, but that is all. I wouldn't eat at any of the others. And they belong anywhere near the top ten regardless of the brick buildings or fancy tablecloths. Their food is subpar and their service is average at best. No one wants to eat at the art museum. Period. And the dirty bird is a bar. Their food is good, but a bar is not a top ten place to eat.
