It's a top 10 channel. Experience tells me such channels very hastily make their videos and a lot of the time they make huge errors. Lack of explanation for choices is also usually present, they don't really care. Research on your own.

I have not never listened about KYOCERA. Is it a phone? 🤔 Phone dealers in my country offers rugged CATS, ULEFONES, DOOGIES, BLACKVIEWS, NOKIAS and MOTOROLAS. I have rugged Blackview 6600 with 8000Ah batery. It is realy HEAVY phone- it weights 380 grams! My Huawei smartphone weight is 160 grams.

I connected it to my desktop but cannot figure out how to transfer files. Computer cannot see the folders on the 256GB internal drive which renders it rather useless. Does anyone know how to transfer files from a desktop to this phone?

So confusing. Whenever they say ROM, do they actually mean "Read-Only Memory"? That would mean you can't actually save things on that memory. Seen this on many of these Rugged phone store pages, and it sounds like they mean basic-ass storage, but why would they say "ROM" is beyond me.

someone started that trend, and now they keep it. it should say internal memory. It makes them sound pretty stupid for me too, but the clients of rugged phones are not primarily tech people, so nobody complains. I imagine it as some 50 year old engineer who remembers RAM vs. ROM from the early 90s, who is now the CEO of a phone firm, brought it up, and no one dares to correct him.

I used to have a kyrocera hydro something and it was fucking indestructible. I threw it at the wall full force, it got ran over by a lawn mower, got drenched in rain, dropped in the tub, and hit with a hammer. And it still worked perfectly fine with only scratches on the front.
