I have a Zura Z10 and was wondering if you could tell me what the brown icon at the very bottom of the screen on the right-hand side means. I pressed it, and the coffee selection icons glowed or pulsated for a few seconds with lines underneath them. Then, the icons stopped glowing, and it went back to normal. I just can't figure it out.

So what is the best option for someone who mainly drinks iced decaf drinks that wants cold foam? I’m leaning towards the DeLonghi Eletta explore. And occasionally, my husband may use it for caffeinated hot drinks. Thoughts? Better options? Thanks.

I had the DeLonghi Dinamica Plus but sent it back because the coffee and milk temperature was to low. The temperature measured directly at the milk outlet was on average 53°C. This is significantly lower than the expected 65-75°C that this device should deliver according to De'Longhi’s own specifications. I also checked the coffee outlet and the temperature was on average 80°C, while it should be between 85 and 92°C. This problem has been present from the beginning. De'Longhi did sent an engineer, but he was unable to increase the coffee temperature and highest he could get the milk to was 60° which is still 5° below the minimum threshold. The engineer said this is the best he could achieve and all their machines produced this result. Now you know.

Had a Jura...... very expensive, didnt particularly last too long (less than 3years) and coffee was MEH!

I keep hearing stories like this and it makes me sad. The worst part was from what I read that if you want the machine to be serviced you had to send it back to Jura and they are not in the USA. Now this was a very long time ago so I am not sure if it changed. I have a Krups automatic machine it's over 10 years old and it's still kicking. I am looking for a replacement because I already had to change the piston on it and finding parts now is hard.
