Nuketown is the most overrated cod map, I was one of the few who always voted against it or just left the lobby. Definitely ruined every game it was added to after black ops. Summit, grid, wmd, and firing range were all better maps in my opinion.

I loved slums and always thought it was slightly underrated but I just can’t see how you would think it’s the best bo2 map. I would at least say raid was much better and maybe standoff too.

hijacked, then slums, then raid. imo. standoff i don't even think is that great. maybe it's in the top 10, but bottom half and i prefer the classic iw maps over the treyarch ones. i also don't see the hype behind firing range. i dont think it was that good. fringe, nuketown, combine, summit and hijacked were all great maps though.

i dont see the hype behind firing range. what was so good about it? or standoff. i dont think they were that great. maybe standoff could be in the bottom half of this list though. im biased bc i prefer the classic iw maps over the treyarch ones. but i did really enjoy nuketown, hijacked, fringe, slums, combine and summit.

WMD, Array and Grid definitely. In fact, almost the entire bo1 map selection could be added to this (with slight misgivings about Hazard, I mean, it's graphically very pleasing yet utterly nightmarish to play in certain game modes). I would hazard a guess that bo1 had possibly the best maps of all the cods in the series.

Dome from WaW is my personal favorite, I loved running around and killing people with the ppsh without even having to scope due to it's fire rate

Shotguns, bayonets and flamethrower were good there as well. Kinda ironically that you can equip all 3 of them together with spare room for a sidearm (as poor as they were).

I'd have to say Dome from WaW should be on here. Talk about 3min TDM games. Super fast paced and less corner camping then shipment. Also it was the freaking roof of the Reichstag! How cool is that?

Agree with most of the list, however... summit and courtyard should be switched. While i enjoyed both, courtyard was not very vertical at all, and Summit could accommodate most every play style where courtyard couldn’t do it as well. Small nitpicking I know, but that’s how I feel.

I knew Slums would be on this list and I'm happy it was, also with that map I never really had a specific play style, it was diverse enough that you could use any weapon and as long as you chose the correct lane, youd destroy people.

Controversial opinion: Summit and Firing Range played the best in the futuristic CoD games. Between the faster movement, more places to mantle, and new routes and attack angles made possible with either the advanced movement system in BO3 or Ruin's grapple gun in BO4, I think they were even more fun in those games than they were in their original appearances in BO1.
