I would say that another negative towards Power Rush is that its easy to miss. The number of times I've used it and I just fly through my target rather than making contact, is incredibly frustrating.

For me, I'd say Serious Bomb is #1. Simply because of one fact, which is you can keep going even after it lands. If they by some miracle survive it, just toss a quick ki blast super like Vanishing Ball or a chasing super such as Wild Hunt and they will definitely die.

You should use Spirit bomb (a super attack which you get from goku's training by becoming his student ) The tracking is amazing and it only uses 100 Ki and its extremely powerfull

if i would say, the basic attack kame-hame-ha x10 can be extremely reliable when your playing rift events. it is a quick attack that you can use, and also 200 ki. i would rate it 9/10 chances of hitting

My 2 Ult's rn is Warp Kamehameha and Godly Display and they both do immense damage and for me they are very reliable and if you use Warp Kamehameha and your opponent's stm is still broken you can just use it again on the spot and do twice the damage and it's stupidly powerful not too mention it is very easy to hit after a knockback or knockdown combo

I agree with most of these, from a utility aspect though, I'd say remote serious bomb takes the cake. My reasoning is this, for three bars of ki you can cancel any move your opponent uses, with the first half of the move, where the actual damage portion of the move can be used to grind away the opponent's stamina if they guard, especially if combined with the buff from lovely cyclone or to cause a quick-ish 5-9.5k damage.

Imo #1 is Super black kamehameha. The punch comes in so quick and unexpected and then the beam finishes the rest. Takes up a normal amount of ki so you can use it twice if you have enough which is extremely annoying

It's too easy to evade All you need to do is keep moving around so tbf it's hard to land, especially in online mode Ofc it works with a stamina break but so do all others so that's not a very effective metric to judge it
