Hey @ThomasGrantMacDonald! Thanks so much for checking out my video! If I had to choose the one trend I'd suggest SMB's focus on is #7 Brand Strategy and Storytelling. I think establishing a solid brand strategy is a transformative action than all too few SMB's take seriously - or choose to invest in....and I think that's a huge mistake and missed opportunity.
