Same here. I stopped playing tcg because it didn’t felt like the original YuGiOh we all played on our childhood. Everything became fast paced and easily end duels on turn 2 or 3, where one card can net you a overpowered monster with protection and or negation. I could go on but I’d get bored. Anyways, everyone should try duel links, it’s a different focus and remind us of th old yugioh that engaged us on the first place.

Samurai Destroyer with Beatdown. Drowning Mirror Force. Monster with at least 2600 ATK with Power of the Guardians equipped to burn your opponent 500 LP at a time. World Legacy Clash for game if their LP are already low. Forbidden Chalice. Almost zero generic removal to get rid of it? Are you sure? Some are better than other depending of the deck, but all can be splashed in any deck. That's why Cocytus is annoying, he can't be targeted and can attack in defense position.

Dusty Bowl you’re looking at all of this in a vacuum ignoring the other player’s set up and assuming that you’ll always have any of these cards ready, just because it’s there doesn’t mean it will be effective, because by that logic literally every piece of removal is good against Beelze, Beelze is known in the TCG for being quite the formidable boss monster, not to mention that like half the cards you mentioned are barely played anymore, Swordswoman is barely a threat anymore and it’s not even an out to Beelze, it’s just an annoyance, my comment still stands

Actually they can just change Leo’s and scapegoat’s effect to better fit the game, Emerald tortoise has an effect similar to Leo where it can only do something specific in main phase 2, but they changed it when they brought it into the game

And here I say... no. Master of Destiny’s condition of needing 5 different card names with coinflip effects stops any kind of FTK consistent even if you were to guarantee opening CoA every Duel. People play EMPRESS JUDGE and TIME WIZARD to pad out that number and meet the condition. Also, using Master of Destiny means forgoing skills that would actually unbrick your hand, such as Spell Specialist for 20 card decks or Restart for 30 card Grass decks. Also, burn FTK IS a thing in this deck, it’s just not consistent and relies on you going first - using 2x Ceruli to trigger Elephant Statues of Disaster. Any burn FTK with legitimate power has been hit within a couple of weeks anyway (the new Banlist to limit Lady Lapis was dropped within DAYS of it becoming popular). Please stop fearmongering... it’s just showing off ignorance

@@parkouremaster The problem there is that the deck isn't seeing no play due to the card being hard to get. It's seeing no play due to how inconsistent it is. You only have one Fire Princess, four inherent bricks in the deck (the Arcana Force Cards), your main consistency being Magical Mallet (a -1) and Into The Void (only neutral) with no way to plus outside of CoA and the unreliable hard Once Per Turn in Cards from the Sky, the probability of this deck is that you'll have spent all your spells to get TO your single Big Bang Girl. This deck is incredibly inconsistent - I even humoured you and playtested twenty hands on Duelingbook's Solo Mode - every single one failed. And that's not bothering to include the skills such as LP Boost A or Grit that never go away and would make this LITERALLY impossible.

Not a problem or issue but saying hes not in the game period is kind of a lie sine necroid garden has data files lmoa. 9. Honest.... Bujins said hi Nothing on number 8. Battlefader, battle warrior is better. 7. Effect Veiler Bruh forbidden chalice is is in dl lmoa. And it negates monster effects... Sure it targets.... JUST LIKE VEILER. Nothing on 6 or 5 4. Red reboot ... Gravity lash, Concentrating Current, rush recklessly, rush headlong and anti magic arrows... Basically quickplay spells... Also wiretap exists? Pay half only for your negate to get spun? GG 3, 2, 1. I got nothing to say... Other than they would just make scapegoat a skill since voice lines are recorded for joey in dl. Overall your list isn't the best but it's not horrendous, take some time and learn the card library of the boosters, boxes, and card trader if you ever made another list related to duel links. Just letting you know, Switcheroo has kinda fallen off in popularity, also for most of the cards you mentioned can be easily countered in Duel Links by using Rebirth of Parshath, a counter trap that negates a monster effect, spell or trap at the cost of 1k LP and lets you summon a Parshath monster. This card has exploded in popularity in the last 2 months.

In Duel Links whenever you would declare an attack, the game would freeze for a second to allow your opponent to make a decision to play a trap/quick play/etc. And during that freeze you were PRAYING an Enemy Controller, Paleozoic Canadia, or Drowning Mirror Force wasn’t about to flip over 😂

Mokuba (dsod) already has a FTK burn deck due to bubbleman's Pot of Greed effect being vailable with his skill See You Later which let's you return one of your own monsters back to your hand once per duel giving DL more burn cards would be disastrous

@@motodog242 If you're really into that sort of stuff then just play any of the tag force games since they have story sequences fully voiced by the original cast. For tag force 6 and tag force special you'll need to use an emulator and a translated rom since for some reason these 2 are japanese exclusive. I played tag force 3, 5 and special, the only one I no longer own is 3, and fun fact I own tag force special on my android tablet. It was available in the play store for a bit and it's an extremely good port (which sadly for some goddamn reason is no longer available) which was made by utilising the mobile version of the ppsspp emulator which means we get the lovely speed up feature, save states and when it comes to the actual game, a 1 to 1 fully translated game with all the lines from the original voice actors in tact. However not all characters are voiced, only the story characters are voiced For DM it's Yugi, Kaiba, Jonouchi, Mai and Ishizu. For GX it's Judai, Asuka, Daichi, Manjuome and Rio. For 5ds it's Yusei, Jack, Crow, Aki and Kiryu. For ZEXAL it's Yuma, Kaito, Ryouga, Rio and Kotori and for ArcV it's Yuya, Yuzu, Gongenzaka Shingo and Sora. So yeah I didn't expect this to turn into a game review but I'm very proud to own this port. While it isn't the best ygo game out there (I think tag force 5 is better) it certainly holds value since the it's not available anymore on the play store which makes it historical in my opinion.

Windstorm of Etaquia is hardly played in the current meta and I wouldn't be surprised if Konami gave us another soon. It seems like this whole list is based off of the meta 3 or 4 months ago. Rebirth of Parshath is played commonly which is another mistake you made when you said effect negation isn't common. Nobody would play more than one bacon saver even if it wasn't once per duel. Another mistake you made. I've been in the Duel Links community for a very long time btw and have won multiple tournaments. So I'm not just spitting out bs. More mistakes: Invoked Cocytus is just a better version of that synchro. Floodgate Trap Hole is played more than Drowning Mirror Force. If playing scapegoat would be impossible then why the heck did you include it. Did you google how to play duel links or something and make a video purely for views? Chain strike doesn't deserve to be number 1 at all. You should have just put in evenly matched or something of the sort. Next time you make a Duel Links video can you please do some research? Maybe try to hit King of Games 10 times next time.

Dangers aren't as strong in Duel Links because you have a smaller starting hand and smaller field. Still would be broken though... Fur Hire on steroids.

I just thought if Cyber Dragon is crazy enough, Mekk-knights being relatively easy to summon beaters would break duel links... Honestly, i think spellbooks are nerfed too hard for judgment to see play. With very few fate uses, it cant grind games like it used to to be viable. I miss my blue eyes- spell book hybrid deck

Scapegoat would be easy to use in Duel Links. When its played the card displays four spell counters on the card. Each attack on the card would reduce the spell counter by one.
