Thanks for your video Laura, I'm also a Chanel lover. I like the Paris-Venise and love Allure since it came out. But most of all I love nr 5. It's my favourite fragrance since I bought my first bottle, almost 50 years ago in Paris! I also have all concentrations and at the moment I love the l'eau the most. To celebrate almost 50 years of wearing nr 5, I'm planning to buy a perfume/extrait. Wishing you a fine day.

Beautiful collection that shows great taste! Currently I own Le lion, Comete, 1932 and 22 and I really want to add Gardenia into my collection, it is truly a gorgeous fragrance but the longevity is a bit fleeting, what has been your experience wearing it? Has the longevity improved?

Thank you and I have an older formulation of Gardenia that lasts well. You may also want to consider layering with the body oil since I’ve heard that is also beautiful. ♥️

Oh Chanel! My favorite by far out of my fairly extensive collection.The ones I have, in no order because I can't: 1. Allure edp and Sensuelle. 2. N° 19 edt, edp and Poudree 3. Jersey 4. Coco edt and edp. 5. Coco Mademoiselle and Noir. 6. All of n°5 concentrations 7. Coromandel 8. Cristalle eau Verte 9. Chance eau Tendre edt and edp, Fraiche and Vive. 10. Gabrielle edp and Essence. I really love Chanel. Great video!

I took a break from Chanel but this year, I've added Coromondel, Allure and Coco back into my collection. I treasure my vintage No 19 and when I reached for it in the Spring something just pinged that I missed my Chanel old favourites.

Chanel fragrances are something I've only begun to appreciate this year. That said, I quite like Coco EDT, Coco Noir EDP, Eau Premiere, and Coco Mademoiselle. I add to my growing collection when I find them at a good price. I think I want to get Allure Sensuelle next. Lastly, can you tell me where your sweater is from, please?

I am upset that I have never smelled any of these and don’t know how I will have the opportunity to do so period. I am not going into a Chanel boutique and I don’t know where else I can sniff these perfumes especially the exclusives. Any suggestions?

For me, Coco Noir. 19. 5. Christelle. Antaeus. Boys des Iles. No order! No seasonal preference though I do particularly enjoy Coco Noir on a hot sticky night.

Thank you for sharing and interesting about Coco Noir on a hot night. I’m learning so much about how fragrances smell different in a warmer climate. I sold a lot of what I considered cold weather fragrances but should have probably tried them all out in the heat first.

Times must be tough for Chanel. I bought Cristalle ($175) on their website which smelled nothing like the original scent. Seems like bait and switch; put some old lady scent in a cheap bottle. Never again. Don’t companies learn once burnt twice learnt? Goodbye Chanel.
