Unless I'm wrong, the birds from rendmaw are never able to be traded due to the order of untapping unless there's extra intervention like seedborn muse or unwinding clock etc

True, not to be traded. But they are pretty weak so likely to just get blocked anyway

Rebdmaws birds can never be used to block, the come in tapped and then have to attack because they are goaded.

How would opponents use their birds for blockers? They come in tapped and are goaded. Theyll never be any natural period where theirs are untapped while others aren't. Obviously people will throw them away and into boards where other stuff can block the birds, but thats only putting pressure on everyone else at the table and will remain something they have to contend with.

What do you mean with secret Commander when talking about Kaito. Im new to Magic and thought planeswalkers cant be commanders

So, unless your group says it okay or you use one of the Planeswalkers that say "This can be your Commander", you're correct. However, a secret commander is like a Commander that's in your 99 instead and you build around it. You want to tutor them out most of the time

He's a planeswalker. Only Legendary Creatures can be Commanders, UNLESS it says otherwise (like some Planeswalkers say "this can be your commander"
