Great book and overview, just frustrating they left out 18 pages from a book called ABC A-Z from 2006, I think that’s the only Top 10 material not in this

I'm going to wind up just getting all of these compendiums DC is doing for the Vertigo line bound in hardcover. The graphic design itself is good, so just getting that transferred to a hardcover version is enough. They're making it clear they have no intention of putting these in omnis, which sucks, so I'll do it myself then.

Can they sow the binding?? I didn’t think they could do it if it stated out with glued binding … HC sounds like a really great idea

@Michael Laranjo I think it would depend on the binder? I'm not super well-versed in the comic-binding scene. The big ones all do seem to do the glued binding style like X of Swords, where it still lifts from the spine with an eye to minimize gutter loss though

I mean it sucks, but not in comparison to them not putting the stuff out at all, or only putting it out in a series of smaller trades. I'll take this format all day long. But yeah I am definitely thinking about having some of these bound into hardcovers myself. I was actually wondering if this could be squeezed into one thick book with Tom Strong...

I read about 5 issues of this when it first came out, never got to finish it, I'd almost forgotten about it. so bought this last week so I could read the whole thing, really wish it was a larger format though. Omar are you going to do an overview of that other Alan Moore book 'The Bojeffries saga' ? I'd love to hear your thoughts on it.

Because as tempting as these are to buy I’m still hoping they’ll put it in Omni form because they definitely need it, I mean they did do it for Promethea so why the hell not for Top 10 or Tom Strong I mean seriously

I wonder why DC won’t reprint Alan Moore’s old Absolute Material: Promethea Tom Strong Top 10 League of Extraordinary Gentlemen I know Watchmen is getting a new absolute treatment in the near future, so hopefully they’ll continue with his other amazing bodies of work!

I guess because they aren’t as popular or widely know as the likes of Watchmen or V for Vendetta. Also Tom Strong never got an absolute as far as I’m aware

Probably one of the few WildStorm series I just couldn’t get into found it kind of boring to be honest but idk 🤷‍♂️ there’s a lot of great comics that I just couldn’t like. So pass for me
