@@mikememine1423 Ah, I forgot that. Either way, I've heard Americans*, and now Canadians pronouncing mirror this way. It sounds particularly odd because I'm Scottish, and we tend to roll our letter "r", so "mirror" is very different to what you'd hear in North America.

I've just realised that I put an asterisk next to the word American - I'm aware that everyone from North, South and Central America are Americans, but in this context I was referring to the citizens of the United States of America. I should be able to differentiate between Canadian and American accents, but it isn't always obvious. I remember watching something with a girl from Wisconsin and she sounded Canadian...at least to me. I'm also very aware that accents can change within very small geographical areas - I'm from the South Side of Glasgow, and I can spot a Paisley accent, which is 6 miles away - various Ayrshire accents, Inverclyde accents and Lanarkshire accents - all within 20/30 miles from me. Even within Glasgow itself there are distinct differences, so I'd imagine that there are many Canadian accents, and that's without the French/English disparity. Anyway, I'm rambling...with a distinct "R". Take care Mike, wherever you are ✌

is it just me or does everyone hear weird sound effects during some of the stories, specifically the story of the hospital of seven teeth, when she explained the guy said he killed the lady if you listen carefully you hear a sound that isnt part of the creepy music to set the mood.
