I don't think that absolute power counts as the elseworld since it took place in the Batman Superman comic which is tangential to the main comics. It's more of a time travel story like how flashpoint was only meant to be a flash time travel story and there were repercussions to the time travel as well so it did happen it's not something that was just from another universe.
