There was a male tiger that was absurdly huge (10' 7" long I believe) and was a trophy many hunters tried and failed to obtain for over 10-years. Corbett tracked it, shot it, took it as a trophy.

Jim Corbett was actually an Amazing guy in History! He became a Hunter turned Conservationist in the end! His job was to hunt and kill Man eating animals at first but he also started to have a massive Love and Passion for Nature and the deadly Predators! He created the first National Park In India named after him dedicated to conserving the Bengal Tiger as well as all Wildlife there! There should be a movie made about him!

that's true, but in terms of effectiveness and how quickly it can kill. Humans definitely pose a bigger threat. After all when a virus will take a few days or longer to kill, Humans can kill in mere seconds. In fact humans have the power to destroy the entire world if they wanted to. Yes Jim Corbett killed 31 man eating tigers and 2 man eating leopards. Kenneth Anderson killed about as many as Corbett but didn't get credit for all his kills. Both men are LEGENDS !

Although it is often dismissed, the aftermath of the battle of Ramree Island during the Second World War had the biggest crocodile disaster ever. According to some British soldiers almost 1000 Japanese soldiers were eaten by crocodiles in the mangroves in 1 night. Some historians reject this since it would’ve taken hundreds of crocodiles to kill so many men but it has been spoken about by some Indian and British army officers.

I once was being tracked by Jaguar on a trail at night. I didn't have a gun, cutlass or knife which made it even a more terrifying experience. All I had was a flashlight. I lost its scent and and the reflection of its eyes when I finally got to camp. Phew!
