Once again there is no Johnny Ringo despite the fact that Johnny Ringo made several on this list back down. He made Wyatt Earp back down on two different occasions. It wasn't just the newspaper accounts that said that he backed Wyatt Earp down it was the two times he was arrested for doing that by sheriff behan. All contemporaries at the time which to me seemed the most knowledgeable of all the people they all said Johnny Ringo was the most dangerous man in Arizona. Arizona the state that held Wyatt earp, doc holliday, buckskin Frank Leslie in so many others of Johnny Ringo prevailed over all of them according to contemporaries.

His companions who he called Billy Barlow his horse was never claimed. I just offered that in rebuttal not proof. If not however someone stole Billy the kid's horse.

Harvey Logan's playing from authorities was even more outstanding he left sheriff after sheriff deputy after deputy dead in his wake as he walked away usually without a scratch. I believe in a gunfight Logan would have planted Tracy but will never know. Logan was considered the most dangerous man in the wild bunch. Also Logan is a true gunfighter second to none. It is really mind-boggling how many posses where he left law men dead in his wake as he escaped.
