It is strange that the animatronic figure at 7:07 would still have a head moving action despite it's never used (it's impractical but there must be a reason for her having it)? All I can assume is that her head did turn at one time long ago (with an early set up) and no longer is supposed to (and the malfunction seen is reverting that action back to operation when it's not supposed to anymore)? This is surely the strangest malfunction I've ever seen!

I don't have any sort of explanation for the sudden movement of the head, but my thought was maybe there is a "base" animatronic for it's a small world that has a set amount of movements and they disable movements depending on what character it is. No idea if that's the case though.

I can agree, but Imhotep from Revenge of the Mummy could’ve been better. Universal Creative had the potential to make Imhotep an impressive animatronic, but didn’t due to some people that would mistake Imhotep for an actor.
