Another really cool roller-coaster ride idea would be the chase inside Big Ben from the Great Mouse Detective. In the movie, the camera pans as if it's a roller-coaster as it follows Ratigan and Basil. (Complete with a few animatronics going through the scene with the rider)

One person had a great idea for the Yzma’s Secret Lab ride. Where once it started we hear Yzma say “pull the lever Kronk” and the ride would move backwards as Yzma shouts “wrong lever” and then Kronk would pull the right lever and then the ride would take off to the secret lab. When I saw #9 I thought, “Well, it would be great for that to be a ride, it would be an indoor water ride, like Pirates of the Caribbean, or it’s a small world, but it would be more like it’s a small world because in the movie it’s just a smooth ride. But Disney has turned smooth rides into thrillers. Besides that, the scenery would be beautiful, they would play, “I See the Light.” So all in all it would be a good ride.”

I once thought I had an awesome idea of a thrill ride called "Simba's Ride" in which the whole path to Simba's kingdom will pass by, including a backwards drop with an image of scar above your head, yelling "LONG LIVE THE KING!" Then I saw this list full of ideas beating mine idea in awesomeness. ❤🤩

They should really make a Hero's Duty ride, from Wreck-It Ralph. It could work in the purest style of Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters. Guests would ride in escape pod shaped cars with built-in laser guns. Among the ride, guests would encounter Cy-Bug animatronics with built-in laser sensors, which they must shoot in order to score points. Also, they would meet characters such as Sergeant Calhoun, the soldiers and Ralph himself running away from the Cy-Bugs. In the end, the light beacon is activated and all Cy-Bugs are attracted to it and ultimately destroyed. Then, General Hologram appears, congratulating the guests and rewarding them with a Medal of Heroes. After exiting the ride, guests would see their score and ranking, depending on the total score obtained.

I know the film “Robots” 2005 isn’t a disney movie but the scene where Rodney enters the big city using the Cross-town express should be turned into a ride. Its A trackless, pinball like contraption that twists 360 degrees, goes upside down, has loops, drops and travels at impressively high speeds, while your looked into a free spinning steel ball cage…. That should definitely become a ride😄

Unfortunately it would have to be in Disneyland if they did; even though they own the movie rights now, because Universal Studios already had the park rights to the characters in Island of Adventure, Disney is not allowed to use the X-men, Fantastic Four or Spider-man characters and certain others like Punisher, Ghost Rider, Captain America, Black Widow, etc. on the east coast

I really like the idea about having the gondolas on the river, so picture this: have a lantern festival every year on Rapunzel’s birthday, May 12, on the Rivers of America (Disneyland, bc I don’t know anything about Disney World, same concept probably applies tho). Charge like $15, $10 for a gondola and $5 for a lantern. That way if you have small kids and don’t want to set off lanterns you don’t have to. (1)

Have a Cast Member who can swim in every boat to make sure people don’t tip over the boats or drown or anything, and also have lifeguards on standby in case they still fall in. The fireworks will probably have to be canceled that day since we definitely don’t want all the fireworks to go off because someone’s lantern accidentally landed in Toontown. They might also have to cancel the event itself if it’s too dry because again, you don’t want anything catching on fire. (2)

The first lantern should be set off by Rapunzel and Flynn characters, and there will be an announcement over the loudspeaker about when you can send yours into the sky. There will have to be safety announcements around Frontierland and just the Rivers of America and Disneyland in general to make sure that guests know about the possibilities of a lantern landing on the ground, and in the case of that have all Cast Members (I think they already have these in the stores, but just in case) have a fire extinguisher, water, or sand to put it out. (3)

My favorite one would definitely be Yzma’s Secret Lair. Two levers one that makes the ride go forward or backward. The employees pull either the “right lever” that makes you go forward or the “wrong lever” to make you go backward. And whenever they pull the wrong one everyone screams “WRONG LEVER!!!”

I remember when I would watch a movie with my family, and an intense scene comes (if it includes flying or driving fast especially), my little brother would say, “They should make a ride of this!” And I would agree and we would sometimes talk about how it would go and stuff! I definitely would ride the Elephant Graveyard ride!! It could be kind of like the Velocicoaster at Universal Orlando, but instead of raptors, we have hyenas and elephant skulls!

Yes to the Treasure Planet Ride. But I want both Supernova and Solar Surfer. Supernova could be more rollercoaster, and Solar Surfer could be more virtual ride. With the Solar Surfer, they could make it like the Flight Of Passage ride at Animal Kingdom in Pandora. But instead of it looking more motorcycle-like, they could have it more surf/snow boarding-like. Along with the rail that Jim holds on to in the movie. Yes to the Hercules ride, but the Hydra part sounds more interesting than the Titan part. Yes to the Elephant Graveyard ride from The Lion King. I think those bones would make excellent props/rollercoaster trail. I also like the idea of the hyenas jumping out from the steam scaring us. Yes to Antohallan ride. I can see it being either kind of relaxing or a little more movement. Really it could go either way. Yes to Yzma’s Lab from The Emperor’s New Groove. Honestly a little insulted it was honorable mention. Yes to Escaping The Cave Of Wonder’s from Aladdin. Every time I see that scene I think I’m already on the ride, even though said ride does not exist. It would be awesome if the seat was magic carpet. I could see either the treasure area being part of the line experience. Or it being part of the ride that’s calm at first, and then the actual escaping is where it picks up as more of the rollercoaster part. Kind of like the Jurassic Park ride at Universal. Where it’s a nice calm ride until the end. One more that you didn’t have is an Atlantis ride. It could be based off of the scene where the group are on flying mechanical fish trying to rescue Kida.

This wouldn’t be a new ride, but a IP-based refurb of an existing ride, but it has a LOT of potential. Journey into Imagination with Figment is, IMO, long overdue for a refurbishment. If they wanted to bring in an IP, while keeping the original characters (maybe even bringing back Dreamfinder; I never rode the OG Journey but I can see where fans got their love for him) and merge that with ideas from Pixar’s Inside Out. Considering there’s an entire set piece in the film called Imagination Land, it seems like a match made in heaven to me. Imagine if it was styled like a crossover; I’d visit Epcot just for that. Edit: well they sort of covered it at #6 XD

Believe it or not, when I was a kid, I actually thought of creating an Elephant Graveyard thrill ride for Disneyland! I'm totally surprised the door room climax from Monsters, Inc. didn't make this list! But that doesn't matter because we're getting that anyway! ;) One particular Disney scene that I think would make an awesome ride is the mine cart segment from "Home on the Range". Or as a way of bending the rules a bit, I always thought the mine cart chase from the climax to "Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom" would make a perfect ride!
