Dory isn't dumb, she is very smart, but suffers form short term memory loss. Also in finding Nemo she is the only character who can speak whale, that is something that would have taken her a lot of time and effort to learn. I am also taking off points for Kronk, he is smarter then Yzma and even points out that the needs better labels for her potion, he also speaks Squirrel, and by the ended of the movie he is teaching the language to his students, in order to do this confidently like he dose, he would have to be intelligent. If anything I think that Kronk is an absent minded genius.

Elena Of Avalor & Moana Disney Princess 2 Not really. Iago’s pretty dang smart and I’m going to explain why. Firstly he does something that most villain sidekicks fail to do: he succeeds at carrying out his boss’ order. Jafar ordered him to steal the lamp from Aladdin; which he did so and quickly at that! Whereas most villain sidekicks would have screwed up in some way. Not to mention he succeeds in gaining Aladdin’s trust in the sequel and has shown levels of intelligence and resourcefulness throughout the animated series. Plus his knowledge of magical artifacts came in handy throughout the show. So no Iago is certainly not dumb just really greedy and clumsy at times.
