Where have you been my whole journey of playing guitar? You literally have covered a majority of my favorite bands in just one video. I’ve been playing for 4 years now and even though these are easy solos you still made me pick up my guitar and play along😀🤘🏻

Thanks for the inspiration. However, I have been playing guitar for nearly 60 years. I used to be in a couple of rock bands back in the 1960’s. Don’t give up on scales and just work on solos. Even though I know my scales backwards and forwards I work on my speed and clarity of notes. I never get bored. I enjoy your videos very much. God bless.

I've seen quite a few of your videos lately, and they are phenomenal! This is probably the best advice you can give a beginner: learn solos to build your musical ear and phrasing while also learning techniques!

I've seen some of your videos. And now there is one thing I have to say. Yes, you're a great and awesome gitarist, you can teach in a way that is easy to understand....BUT....and maybe that's the best part of you: you're not only playing with your fingers,....you are playing with your whole body, your soul and heart. And that's what it takes...! Keep on rocking

"Wonderful Tonight" is a great song. Like many great songs, it managed to capture a very particular and relatable emotion. Just as an "encore", Eric's intro solo in Phil Collins' "I Wish It Would Rain Down" is also another great little gem.

Wonderful Tonight is also a very good piece to play Fingerstyle. I literally got to know that song while watching a KZbin video of 7 love songs to play Fingerstyle. I thought to myself "I have to learn that song!"

Nicely done. By the way, Paul McCartney played the lead guitar solo (and also the drums) on Back in the USSR. As you mentioned, Paul played lead on several Beatle songs, including Good Morning Good Morning, Ticket to Ride, Another Girl and Taxman.

Very nice video, it is great to see that you clearly enjoy your music. At 7:07 some fans of Australian Crawl may argue that the guitar phrasing for Unpublished Critics (1981) was just as lovely - and maybe "more" original - than GnR.

We need all these riffs to makemusic a profound, moody, colourful and intersting world. Not just one and that's the best and that's it. My favorite from this is Heartbreak Hotel and Apache.

Pretty accurate, but maybe you miss John Frusciante's solo on "can't stop" - Just a couple of bends (like 80% of his solos) and still sounds cool

"To be with you" by Paul Gilbert is not easy at all, I mean, if you are a medium level guitar player it's easy, but it's definetly not for beginners 😳
