Honestly, Zod v Superman was the most emotionally charged fight, not Civil War. Yeah sure Tony realised who killed his parents but Zod and Clark just lost an entire race, Clark had to choose between the humans and the kryptonians and he chose us, in doing so he had to essentially destroy his race to save our lives. It was a fight to ensure the survival of either Krypton or Earth, both men fighting for the people that they love, both are morally correct in their own eyes. This was more emotionally charged than Tony finding out that Bucky killed his parents, much more emotionally charged.

You know what was a really good final battle in a superhero movie? The turtles vs Shredder & the Foot Clan in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1990). A fight that didn't rely on any CGI & was a very kick ass fight. Probably 1 of the best TMNT vs Shredder live action fights. Another good 1 was Batman vs The Joker in The Dark Knight. Personally my favorite final battle is Wonder Woman vs doomsday. y'now, the part at the end of BvS, where Wonder Woman is fighting doomsday while batman is running away and superman is in god knows where until he finally appear to kill himself. I love that scene
