Lego's anti-military stance is falling apart, and I love it.

COBI is a good provider of military equipment and vehicles. The tanks and planes are roughly £40 and the ships are £70 usually. 100ish for the big ships like Yamato and Missouri.

At 59:23 the IJN carrier build lists its name on the little ship card as the Akigumo. The Akigumo was a destroyer in the Imperial Japanese Navy. It is supposed to be the Kaga.

I would love to see a video on how people start these mega projects. Whether ship or large piece of machinery. Do they ever get part way through a build and find that they started to big or to small. If there is something like this out there please tell me. But this is truly awesome.

The Bruno submarine dock at 1:21:00, are still in use as a submarine dock in Norway, they tried to destroy it after WW2, the explosion was so strong that the could registrate it on seismographic devices at long distance (some say USA). There was no damage to it! Norway will get a new class of submarines and they will be to big for Bruno.

Fun fact the gearing class was essentially an Allen m Sumner class but extended by 14 feet for extra fuel

Ok, I have to ask. How many pieces were used for the Missouri? I am currently working on my first lego set, the Saturn V but I have been derailed by a missing piece in bag 7. Lego is sending me the piece and it has been 8 business days since they mailed it. I am wondering if missing pieces is a common occurance and surprised since I saw a video of how the pieces are packaged and it was computer controlled.

I can see why Brick Mania is still a small company given how ridiculous their prices are on just the small tanks and planes alone. The figures are roughly $40 a figure! I wanted to pick up a tank and a few other small armored vehicles but would cost around a $1000.00.

Do you know about the German company BlueBrixx? Try to google them, they have a lot of great military sets as well. Their 6000pcs USS Nimitz in 1:300 scale is a real treat for example. And you get this set for less than $300 I believe. It's € 269,95 + shipping.
