The one named blanche they contacted was actually Blanche Monnier who in the 1800s was not actually killed but preys on mothers and young girls as she was seceretly locked away and kept captive by her evil mother and siblings and now whenever summoned on a spirit board, she will go after the mother and girls or even boys of whoever attaches themselves to the board , I know of Blaches spirit all to well as I too have lost an auntie due to messing with a ouija board and summoning Blanche

I can't believe people have made up stories about that poor woman who was kept a prisoner by her brother and mother. She didn't have sisters, so that part of the story is completely fabricated. The rest of the story makes no sense either. Whomever you contacted, it was not that tragic woman. Didn't she suffer enough in life, that ugly stories have to go up around her in death? Just because YOU believe you summoned her, doesn't mean you did, to say the least.

When i was a kid I begged my dad to buy me one at toys r us off all places. I was in my room with just a candle lit asking questions and it didn't move or anything. After awhile I got aggravated and removed my hands and started cussing at the board when the indicator piece flew off the board across my room and hit my wall. I burned mine the next night.

My experience with an Ouija board were as follows... I get one for a birthday/Christmas present so my mom's boyfriend's son(I'm 11 & he's 30-ish) wants to play, but our parents are to loud. 2nd time, a year later, I tried with a pathological lier friend that just moved the piece around. Years later & two moves with my second job, a co-worker brought up the topic of the Ouija board. I gave it to him. It was useless to me. Him & his brother are still on my Facebook today. I gave him the board back in 2004 maybe? * shrugs * Plastic & rubber... And ink.

Graveyards are usually blessed or hallowed grounds where evil can not go, the spirits that reside there may be loss but not malicious. So trying to contact anything there is usually not going to work.

@Dalaileah demons and malicious spirits don’t play by the rules lol, and again it’s more dependant on the graves. I did mention there are stipulations to what I said, and mentioned mass graves, and certain cemeteries aren’t part of said blessed grounds. Also rules are dependant on which edition of the board you have, as I’ve always remembered just two rules: rule number one being never play alone and the second always say goodbye. Anyways I do thank you for having something to add here as well, I appreciate everyone’s input.

ouija boards, the best way to ruin a house, or relationship, or just your life in general... there's about a hundred better ways to talk to spirits, but then why would you? Lingering spirits are all derranged in one way or another and most are hooked on the reactions they cause people to have. Most people just move on and can no longer be contacted, however any one of the response addicts will gladly pose as your long lost whoever just for the jump scare they can give you later that night, and the next etc etc... Seriously.. you want a fun introduction to mysticism.. play with hypnosis, or do the light as a feather trick.. necromancy is NOT for begginers
