Never seen the Bizzerini 5300 before, but it has instantly jumped into my top 10 most beautiful cars at no. 3

My stepfather's first brand new car when he got out of the navy.I restored it once back in the 80s.It's got too long and it's in The Body Shop.Now how to do everything all over again?There's not even 3 or not.Even 2/4 miles on the motor and trans, but the body needs some Tl.C

That is great, what a true gem a nice family heirloom. Send a photo once it’s done if you don’t mind.

The Rambler Scrambler was ahead of it's time. With a 390 V8 and 315 HP it was a sleeper before people knew what the word meant.

Now can you imagine that Daytona Cobra going doing the Mulsane Straight in 1965 at 3am in the rain. Passing the Ferrari's with Dan Gurney driving her. The guy said it right. Some things get meanier as they get older from the Gumball Rally.

I've owned a few British cars but nothing like what we see here. Main problems? Rust, more rust, quality control and the Prince of Darkness, Lucas electrics. Anyone remember the scene in Madmen where Lane Pryce tries to gas himself in his new Jag? Of course the damn thing wouldn't start, probably the 10% humidity.

Exelents cars.

That is a true statement. Beautiful cars and brilliant engineering from the 60s. Thank you for watching!

Other worthy contenders are the Cobra coupe built by AC for the 1964 Le Mans (only one made) and the 1968 Marcos Mantis XP (only one made).
@DecadesOfHistory207 ай бұрын
Definitely worthy to make the list. The Marcos Mantis XP is a lot nicer to look at than the Mantis M70. But of course different purposes. Thanks for watching!

The Ferrari Breadvan reminds me of what a high performance hearse would look like. Oh look, we lost Uncle Jack back there on turn #2! 😆

The ISO and the Bizarrini may as well be twins. The bodywork is near identical.

...The ISO looks like a modified mid 60's Corvette to me.

The Ferrari 250 "Breadvan" reminds me of those hideous Corvette station wagon mods. This is why car auctions exist, take the money now while you still can. Enzo must be rolling in his grave.
