there was an exodus of people moving out during the pandemic but we're seeing people returning and there was actually an increase in our population in the past year!

nobody is moving to SF. Hight taxes, high cost of living, and high crime...

the US Census shows that people are still moving to SF! despite all of those things, it's still a desirable place to live esp with the AI boom and remote workers returning to office.
