OMG, Chantel Mitchell made the list?? Just Another Girl on the IRT is one of my favorite movies from the 90's. The character and I were the same age, at the time and I copied several of her looks. This movie was 100% underrated in the larger sense, but still had a HUGE impact. LOVE IT!!!
