I've gotten mine to 63mph. I have the LS7+ 60V 40AH. Dual 2400 watt motors. Thing is an absolute beast. That's plenty fast enough for me. I mean how fast do people want to go! It's ridiculous. I'd rather spend the day trail riding in forest, much more fun!

I got 63 mph out of mine as well and I was 230lbs when I done it. So I’d say it’s pretty accurate if you’re around 180

For maximum speed and performance, you would want to stand to lean into the wind. The seat would add weight and cause way too much wind drag with the rider in the seated position.

Hold on that LS7+ 72 volt only hits 60 mph don't know why everyone keep saying goes 74 mph. On the P setting you cannot get it any higher then 100 on one of the p setting numbers. But yea love this scooter LS7+ 72 volt I have it, that weped sonic is something u park straight into a garage hell no you cannot lift that up steps entrance lol. Bronco escooters look nice too I wish I had one of those but don't see it no where on the u.s market strange.

@@JulianRides I’ll try and film it. I wanted to the first time but didn’t have my batteries charged. I did it on a straight road and I don’t think I had a tailwind as I achieved it in one direction. I know it’s unbelievable so I’ll try and film it and post it on a short.

@@DarrellWoolfolk nice I changed the rear tire but as I was changing the front tire one of the motor hub bolts was stiff so it stripped. So I'm going to have to extract that bolt and replace it with a new bolt and put a new street tire. I like street tires because it's silent and it gives it like a 5% or 10% more torque increase. I'm probably going to buy the fighter supreme ultra maybe by this spring cuz it's pretty cold outside to be riding in Escooter lol. The only thing that concerns me about that ultra scooter is that folding lock mechanism there's this pin that's horizontal angle that can snap or crack in half. Like what happened to my teveran supreme but the seller told me that that pin is thicker improved.

Weped Sonic S need to be register and have insurance. Due to extremely fast speed, this should be on the road only, not bike lane/trails because it too fast and too dangerous. It's a very heavy weight. Hitting pedestrians no chance of survival. At this point, I would call an e-motorcycle without a seat. Because the size is too big to be call an e-scooter.

It all depends on where you live and the local laws. For example NYS anything over 750watts cannot be used on public roads-yet at the same time, it can’t be registered. ANYTHING can be insured. Just bring it to an insurance company, someone will come out, take a look at it and give you a price.
