What I want you to explore is why the flute community is SO stuck on rankings as a measure, and scale speeds, and all the other rubbish and NOT musicality and creativity. That’s what Julien was going on and on about in the masterclasses - say something, have an opinion, pay attention to the line, and blow the flute like a flute and stop trying to make it sound like a french horn. [I’m paraphrasing. sorry julien! lol]
