Store-bought roast/BBQ chicken. I get one every week with my groceries and often don't start pulling pieces off until after it's cold. It can also go in a lot of stuff - soup, sandwiches, on top of rice with some sauce, whatever.

I looveee cold pizza!!! Its so good. I used to take cold pizza to school with me back in elementary school where my mom would pack it in with my lunches. The kids were quite jealous of me eating pizza at school but it honesty wasn't such a big deal. Cold pizza is simply the best leftover lunch for anybody, especially for when you are in a huge hurry or too busy to do anything :)

I just got some Thai pineapple curry takeout. And they're right about eating it "cold" or room temp. I put the rice in a bowl and pour the curry over it. I eat about half of it and save the other half for later. The 2nd half is just as good, by that time the rice has absorbed all of the curry sauce. YUM!

When I use to eat meat I would make bacon wrapped jalapeños that were stuffed with cream cheese after refrigerated they were soooo good. Still good if you vegetarian too. Just stuff em bbq them and put a little bbq sauce on them. Really good.

For the record I don't really think I've ever actually had a toasted Pop Tart! Experience with too many of my mom's jam filled turnovers or other tart treats that came out of the oven and she didn't let cool off enough! Haha! A scorched tongue at a young age teaches you a lot! My family has roots in the Amish community (PA Dutch) and even though we do not practice it, Easter Sunday we had a traditional Amish meal. Everything, including the ham had to be served cold (although in later years we decided god can forgive us for cooking the ham the day of and we would sometimes have freshly cooked ham). All of the side dishes were cold: Waldorff Salada, pasta salad, etc. since technically we were not suppose to cook anything.
