Cloudspire is my current favorite board game! Cool to see it on your top ten. Also really hoping to pick up too many bones at some point. Scythe is another one of my all time favorites, we seem to have similar opinions, maybe I'll try to check some others on your top ten.

I have most, but not Dark Souls...really interested now! Is there a recommended place to go for the community rules you mention? And recommendation to get started, essential packs to get?

The community rules I use can be found either on Board Game Geek in the files section or at this Google Drive link: drive.google.com/drive/folders/1JsbhwNk1dBPORH1sG53vVSp3vadFUfyv Keep in mind, this game is a personal favorite of mine and I am a sucker for the Dark Souls license. It does not appeal to every dungeon crawling board game fan and gets a lot of hate because of the poor handling of the Kickstarter. I recommend you do some research into the game to see if it's for you before spending the money on this "older", expensive game. I don't own everything, but If I were to say one expansion is a must have I would say it is the Characters expansion. After that look into the expansions that give you more of what you like about the base game, like bosses, tiles, enemies, etc.

Do you play Scythe at 2 at all and is it good at 2, or only at higher player counts?

We tried it once or twice at 2 and it was good, but I personally prefer it at 4+ players. Like any game with area control or limited action spaces, the game gets more tense with more players fighting over those limited things.

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't hoping to see Thrones still #1. The game that got me hooked!

I thought so too, but after using going through and rating all the games I played using a ranking app, Tainted Grail landed at #14.

LCGs? Pandemic Legacy?

None of the LCGs made the top 10 obviously, but they were in the running. Also, pandemic Legacy is a great experience, the issue for me is that it's based on Pandemic, a game that is not that interesting to me at this point. Regarding Legacy games, after playing Clank! Legacy, it crushes Pandemic Legacy in my eyes.
