@@edwardbenjamin2723 Why are you talking like a two years old child, have you ever seeing Barry Richard's or Sobers playing cricket. Well I have seeing both of them playing for years also Pollock, so what is your point. Because all of them could have played the same amount of matches as Tendulkar and still don't make the runs. The facts is this, Sobers has played 98 test matches and retired, because he was burnt out. I have seeing several players started out very good and scoring hundred on their debut ,then they just faded away. So when you are making comparisons with Tendulkar, you are very crazy. Only great cricketers can last that long as Tendulkar, because the majority of them started to declined very rapidly in their later stages in their careers. Either you retired or they dropped from the team, so it is best to walk from the team like Sobers and many more players. Although Barry Richard's only played a few test matches, but he played County cricket in England for years. He didn't set any world records in fc cricket, so I want to know what is your point. You are very biased and don't want to admitted the truth, it is only one batsman in south Africa test team scored a triple centuries only Amla and. Since south Africa returns to test cricket in 1992 against the wi team, it is now 32 years. South Africa came in 1990 playing in the odi wc trophy competition, and in 1992 returning to test cricket.

Good list... The only issues I have with it are the promotion of specialist players over all-rounders. To that I would've included K. Miller [Aus], K.Dev [Ind] & I. Botham [Eng] in place of some of the specialist batters/bowlers. 1): Sobers (could open the bowling, You need a spinner, but finger spin isn't working no problem he literally does it all) 2): Bradman (99.94 is hard to ignore.) 3): Kallis 4): Hadlee 5): Kahn 6): Miller 7): Dev 8): Botham 9): Warne (good lower order batter) 10): Tendulkar (a useful slow-medium bowler) Yes there are better batters, Yes there are better bowlers, But a Cricketer is not only a batter or only a bowler. There are at least 3 different skill sets bowling, batting and fielding. To claim to be a great, you have to excel in one and be pretty good at another (Bradman is the exception to this because 99.94 is excellence as a batter [60+] and a pretty good batter as well [39.94] so you get 2 for one]

These rankings are difficult. Warne is ranked above Murali. But Murali played in poor teams while Warne played in strong teams. This makes Murali's achievements greater. Sobers also is one of the greatest batsmen with a stunning average. Most all rounders tend to average in the 30s for runs and above 30 for wickets. Sobers however is one of the greatest batsmen but also a highly credible medium pacer and slow bowler. The sort of cricketer who is unique. No one has come close to him

If anyone of you doubt what am saying then you can looked, at the list of the all times fastest bowlers in the world and. The only bowler is in the top 10th world fastest bowlers during Sunil Gavakar times, was Jeff Thomson from Australia 🇦🇺 and he Ranked 5th. The rest of bowlers was like fast medium, when you are talking about the English batsmen. Well if I was to select one batsman in my team,I wouldn't pick him over Graham Gooch. That man toured the indian bowlers apart in 1988 at Lord's with the most runs in a test match 333 and 123 a total of 456 .Also that man scored over 145 fc hundreds and over 50,000 runs, although he scored 8,900 test runs and 19 tests hundreds with a triple centuries to his name.
