Choosing between the Big 3 depends on what matters to you. Federer was the best to watch but he couldn’t beat Rafa on clay and he was beaten head to head by both Rafa and Novak. Rafa is the all time king of clay but he has nothing like the record of the other two on grass or hard courts. He was however a man who always fought to the end. Which leaves Novak - most slams, won each slam 3 times at least, most ATPs.. biggest winner.
