i don't think Westbrook's MVP season was overrated at all, forget the triple double did you see how many game winners he hit, sure he was a brick machine at times but he still lead his team ( which was a hollow one aside from a few players) to above 500 and if you say Harden beat Westbrook in the playoffs and hence he should win MVP you have to remember that MVP is a regular season award

Dominic Ray Westbrook shouldn't have won MVP because he made all his supporting cast look shitty while Harden made his look elite. All 4 players that left OKC via trade are having good years. Plus Westbrook averaged 2 more points and 2 more rebounds. His stats weren't WAY better like people made them seem simply because 31-10-10 looks better than 29-8-11. People got too infatuated with the triple doubles. There's also the fact that Harden already got robbed being in the same situation as Westbrook in 2015. He actually had better numbers than Steph, the difference was clearer and more pronounced than Westbrook against Harden last year. Yet Harden lost out because Stephs team had the better record. Westbrook is the only MVP of the modern era (1980-present) to not be a top 3 seed.

I always think of KD as better than Curry because of the impact he can make on D and because of his size and length and overall "unicorn" type game (sevenfooter who is as sooth as silk and as quick as lightning) but you may have convinced me. Currys shooting makes it possible to construct a team philosophy (on offense at least) around him. And KD has still not proven this. I mean he needed a 73 W team to get over the hump.

But I still think Kyrie's first 3 seasons in the league were impressive nonetheless and not many guards can do what Kyrie did in their first 3 seasons, Kyrie had a statline of 21/6/4 and could never touch the playoffs due to horrible teammates, coaching issues and injuries such as Varejao getting injured in Kyrie's sophomore season. With LeBron, he was able to make several impressive playoff runs and might've won one more title had he not been injured. He completely outplayed a two time MVP in the finals but fell a bit short to the completely overpowered warriors team this year. This season he's helped maintain Boston's impressive regular season record and has been producing the same as last year with less shots taken. He may not be better than Melo and Wade but I still believe what he's done in these last few years still at least deserves a mention.

Won't be on any top 10 lists, but Draymond Green is one of the most IMPACTFUL players of the decade. A 6' 7" PF, who can guard 1-5, 1st in NBA history with at least 1,000 pts, 500 rebounds, 500 assists, 100 steals, and 100 blocks in a season.
