Not only did Hamilton rejuvenate American musical theater, it brought to the forefront a new generation of Broadway-trained actors who hopefully will be cast in upcoming TV series and movies--they are all brilliant. As to LMM, the last time a guy wrote the book, lyrics and music, in addition to starring in an award-winning smash Broadward production, was George M. Cohan IIRC. LMM's talent apparently has no limits.
