Not seeing PHY Piccolo anywhere on here, and I feel he is at least in the top 10 pain in the ass active skills. The only way to even do it is to have him on an awful team (since the only good ones to use are only "Nakemians" category compatible) or waste a team slot on a useful team just to get his active to work, so I'd say that's pretty close to impossible since no one will EVER run a Namekian only team. Teammates for it are so lacking right now that it's useless as a team.
