They really are, some of the beaches from this video that are personal highlights of mine are Skrinkle Haven Beach on the Pembrokeshire Coast, and Ynys Llanddwyn on Anglesey!

Is it a long walk in caldel island?

Everything is very close together around the main areas of the island (no more than a 15 minute walk between them). There is also a lovely circular walk which takes you around pretty much everything (the Abbey, the Old Priory, the Lighthouse, even the Chocolate Factory, and some lovely woodland and coastal scenery as well), and that walk takes around 45-60 minutes in total
