The Waldorf & Rosewood are some of the very best in Beijing, China world is getting older but still ok. Most of the other properties are old and dated now, the Great Wall hotel is 4 star at best. The Kerry Hotel was old 10 years ago. I usually find it’s worth trying the newer openings, there is so many and service levels are fairly consistent in 5 star hotels in Beijing now.
