I do LOVE the second-to-last bed with the velvet headboard. That's my favorite. I'm sorry some people are giving you a hard time about the term "budget". It's all a matter of interpretation...and you aren't responsible for knowing everyone's individual budget. Love to you and Mars!!!! :)

Personally, I'd avoid veneer on a bed like the pest. This stuff scratches so easily when moving across the frame on beds, where this happens, and then looks really bad. Also matresses I find difficult. It's important to kinda testsleep them to really be happy. A lot of them also go bad quickly if too cheap, with box springs leaving their pouches etc. Beds are a difficult topic :P Last one looks best. Also solid wood is good.

Oh yes, they are a difficult topic indeed 🙌 I had so many problems with mattresses in the past - it's the most tricky investment of all.. I got one that was pretty expensive, and it didn't work out for me at all (I was waking up with pain in my lower back every single day for almost a year). Then I went to a store and got the cheapest pocket spring mattress they had, since I didn't really have a budget for another failed expensive mattress. I use it to this day and I have the best sleep on it ☺️ So, yeah, it's pretty personal, depending on so many things. Beds on the other hand are more of an aesthetic thing, and in my opinion - not so hard to tackle 🥰

I literally just reached back to check if my headboard is removable and washable and HOW DID I NOT KNOW THIS? We have an Idanas king and I only remember because originally I wanted a pink headboard but also a platform bed. Then went grey to not put my husband in a “girl bed” it’s lovely and sturdy but the height is ridiculous. Low enough to prevent anything like a sweeper or vacuum to get beneath the bed, high enough to need to because it gets dusty and dirty. lol. I also had to cut foam tubing to place over the short legs of the bed because they stick out just enough to make sure you hurt yourself by bumping into them every time you make the bed. Less than a year and I’m already considering putting the old bed frame this replaced back up.

You are just going for looks not for quality. There are many complaints that most of these beds are of very low build quality and tend to creak.
