More specifically - Some time stuff goes sideways on Amazon for me and I'll then have to sell a few things on ebay as an alternative. You can add your inventory through seller central yes. We use an accountant + IL. Others use quickbooks + IL. Others use just IL. It's up to you and your businesses needs.

Does Inventory Lab keep track of receipts for all your product purchases?

The scan labels on IL do not print on the Avery 5260 labels. IL says to print the labels on amazon. Then I have to go back to IL to finish the shipment. A big draw back. IL needs to fix this

Perhaps... though you should really have a thermal printer if you're using IL so I'm not sure that it's a problem they will ever put effort into fixing.

Wow, this sounds really great! I was looking for a way to figure out if I’m actually profitable. Terrible to admit this, but I honestly don’t really know if I am or not right now…kinda the whole point lol. Also, I love the way you just give your p&l to your accountant come tax time. Do you use tax jar?

You don't need tax jar. That's for sales tax which is now all done by Amazon. You'll just be filing $0 ever month/quarter/year with your state. "tax time" and "sales tax" are two entirely different and completely unrelated topics.
