I will recommend all of you to not join Mphasis company(I have worked here) it is one of the worst company u can see in the industry. And manager empolyee relationship is like master slave relationship. U will not be given any respect from the manager. No breaks and 12 hours of work instead of 8. No extra pay for overtime no shift allowance. No work life balance. Here the Management is the worst. They dont provide incentive if we get sick and take leave even for one day. Mphasis is just a Fraud company who makes use of freshers to do dirty work. Here the managers shout at the employeers even if they are female. IF YOU HAVE NO RESPECT FOR YOURSELF THEN GO FOR MPHASIS.

If you want to learn leadership skills, managerial skills,experience a unique work environment and excellent ambience in campus, go for Infosys. The only constraint with Infosys is the pay.
