Top 10 Largest NPCs In Game (in WoW)

As the title suggests, this video will go over the 10 largest non-player characters or things in wow that have been given names, and I excluded things that grow bigger with buffs, so only their base models count. The way I decided the list was to simply find out what other people thought were the biggest things in wow, and then I went out and measured them. Note, I wasnt super strict in my measuring, so the numbers are probably a little or way off. But they give a good enough ballpark number to compare each other to.

Actually, a theory of mine is that it is indeed alive and it will be the way we take out Sargeras and finish off the Legion. Would make sense since it is said to be stronger than Sargeras by the titans themselves in the wow chronicles, and that a titan is probably the only thing that can kill another titan, maybe except from the Void Gods. Plus I guess we would have had that explained in the chronicles, if the titan had died earlier.

In normal people numbers: Male undead characters are 1.83 m Since he also says average player model then I made out an average (leaving worgen as there's no height set for them) and got 1.76 m 10- Thrym (The Hope Ender) - 36.60 m (undead) 9 - Supremus - 47.52 m (average) 8 - Kologarn (mention krasus, and Kromog) - 52.8 m (average) 7 - Whale Sharks - 98.56 m (average) 6 - Spine of Deathwing - 132 m (average) 5 - Iron Colossus - 193.6 m (average) 4 - Al'Akir - 253.44 m (average) 3 - Iso'rath - 299.2 m (average) 2 - Nespirah and L'ghorek - 320.32 m (average) 1 - Shen-zin Su (panda starting zone) - 1121.12 m (average)

Fun fact, the US units are literally BASED of the international system of units, you just take add a scaling factor. One pound, is by definition: 0.45359237 kg. So if we were to change the kg(which it constantly does btw), then you automatically change the weight of a pound.

Just one quick thing, this symbol þ is called thorn it makes the "th" sound it was used in English until the introduction of the printing press which did not have a þ block because it was developed in Germany and there's no þ in German. There is one NPC that IS in the game that is bigger than Big Turtle. Azeroth. The planet. We know that, due to the Titan Spirit, Azeroth is technically sapient/sentient. It's not just a big rock.

Kapuchu doesn't appear in game (as in the planet). In the lore there is a titan WITHIN Azeroth, the planet itself is not alive.

That is guesswork. There is a Titan SPIRIT within the planet. We don't yet know what happens to the planet when said spirit awakens. Also, the planet is very much alive. How else do you think Druids gets their magic? We even know that it is possible to communicate with the Planet itself (Magni Bronzebeard - He could hear Azeroth when he became One with the Planet, and Malfurion communed with Azeroth herself in the Stormrage novel), so that shows that the planet isn't simply an eggshell. It's more than that. So, yes, the Planet is alive, and is technically an NPC.

Supremus was downsized part way through tbc too, as his model was too big for most machines to comfortably fit in draw distance. Early on in bt you were fighting one or two feet and some fog

I dunno about your top three, I mean, none of them are really 'clickable'. Like, If you're talking 'named and has appeared in game' then Azeroth herself would be number 1. NPC sorta implies 'has a name bar and can be clicked and the little green circle appears under them'. Not an environment that happens to have a name associated with it, and is in lore alive. Because, if that's the case, what about Teldrassil, the World Tree? That's 'alive' and 'has a name'. This is still an awesome video, and confirms that AlAkir is the biggest mob in game, but, a little clarification as to what you considered an NPC would've been good.

he's in a cinematic, not in game. His sword is in game, but someone on reddit showed that the ingame sword is not to scale to the cinematic sword, so it's impossible to see sargeras' true size.

Elemental_Phoenix I think the sword "is in scale" as in, the whole planet is in Relation, if you know what I mean. Every area you see ingame is Supposed to be 1000x bigger than it is, but obviously wouldnt work for Gameplay reasons. Tanaris is probably a HUGE desert lorewise, same with Silithus, so the sword in Relation to the area it's in is probably just as big as it is in the cutscene

Yes, lore wise the Old gods are massive. The biggest things in Azeroth. Sargeres is literally as big as a planet though, so he dwarfs them in size.

Pandas get a bad rap. As a race, their lore is some the best, most realized and unique in all of Warcraft. Before WoW really hit it's stride in Wrath, a lot of players wanted Pandaren. At the time, they were a mysterious race we knew little about. Still, I think Panda/Monks, Panda/Rogue and Panda/Shaman are some the best race/class combos.

most unique lore in game, because we need another peaceloving race for both factions with a nac for nature spirits... and you know what? padas as a playable race is great and alot of quests and mechanics where good in pandaria but everytime a fucking panda npc came and told me from a high horse that you have to behave or something bad happens iam about to puke. and pandas worked just like Filler in Anime. after mists of pandaria was done it was never talked about again in lore. there are no pandas anywhere in the broken isles except monk hall/questline ofc.

Azeroth is technically alive though. Its got a living spirit and a void and everything, just is sleeping and is unable to wake up. However, it doesn't have an NPC as listed in the rules above. At least not yet, so I understand why Azeroth isn't on the list. Though would be one massive Titan whenever she does wake up. We really don't know how the planets work. Like do spirits rip out from the planet and the planet is fine and it merely housed it? Or are they like transformers and the planets turn into titans and the planet is pretty much gone the moment the Titan wakes up?

Brian Burkhardt ok so þ is a letter in old norse runes, and is pronounced with a th sound. The pronunciation of thor is correct, but freyja is pronounced frey-ya, as j's are pronounced with a Y sound in Germanic alphabets

Actually þ is a letter in phonetic language it is called Thorn and the sound it makes is the Th sound. When you see signs on shops where it says "ye olde shop" or something simlar the Ye is supposed to be þe or The. þ was changed to be Y in the printing press and was kinda phased out from use in writing i do however beilieve that it is still used in icelandic.
