Have one of your #3 "Magstem". Actually the Lolli Locket. There's enough flex in the "stem" that over time the plastic fatigues, splits, and eventually snaps off, whether it's just being flexed by your fingers or using it as a kickstand. I got a little over a year out of it with daily use. It would be great if it was made of a more durable and rigid material (i.e. metal), and the outer part was maybe just a bit smaller to allow you to grip or release it a bit more easily. On a 15 Pro, the base touches the camera bump. The outer part doesn't need to be as big as it is given it's narrow stem. I've since bought a different grip to try that's a "pop out" style and I really miss the narrower stem, which fits much nicer and much more comfortably between the fingers. Otherwise the design is perfect for an "around the house" type grip. Your assessment is spot on.

Tango! I’ve been using them since Jan and I can say the springs are as solid as ever. My issue with Ohsnap is that the MagSafe charging doesn’t work through most cases.

I have the OhSnap 4 and I really like it. It rotates freely which I don't think the other ones do. And I agree with you the sticker that gets it to essentially permanently attach to your phone is a terrible design decision, so I just pulled that 3m strip off and now it's perfect! Just putting it out there for anyone that may be on the fence for it.

Love the Tango, but I've broken 2 in a very short amount of time. They're addicting to play with but once the spring gets even a little stretched out, the magnets that keep it closed stop working completely.

The OhSnap is so low quality, mine broke after one day due to the cheap build. It certainly feels and looks like it’s going to break easily when you first get it. And it did. And it was $40! That’s what brought me to look at videos of good grips. Thanks for the reviews!

Ohsnap is the only one that I can still use my other MagSafe mounts/stands without having to take off the grip. This is so important to me. I can’t keep taking the grip off multiple times per day just to mount the phone in my car when I’m driving-that’s a deal breaker for me. Oh, and I think you missed that you can use the ohsnap in one finger mode!

And also being able to use it as a stand, the fact you can stick the entire phone to anything metallic because of the external magnets on it, the fact you can remove the adhesive and just use the Magsafe...I think he missed a lot of the benefits of this particular product.

I went with the OhSnap 4 over the Tango because the Tango's design, while ingenious, looks like the spring coils will loosen and bend out of shape within 6 months and it will no longer close.

I have two iphones for reception (I travel a lot) and I bought Tango grips for both phones...I've never used a grip before the Tango but since, I've tried 7 other grips to see if I could get a better one for either my iPhone 15 or 16 and the Tango grip ruined all other grips...my bar is set way too high now! If only it could charge with it...

The ohsnap is double sided magnet. Meaning you can stick your phone to metal surfaces. That’s probably a reason for the 3m sticky method 3:24

I have both the Ohsnap 4 Luxe and the Popsocket Round. I didn’t like the Popsocket, my fingers get fatigued after a few minutes of use and it felt like my fingers are being sandwiched which made it very uncomfortable for me. Only got a Popsocket since it is the most popular grip. Got the Ohsnap 4 Luxe as an alternative for the Popsocket and I like it better since it is thin and more comfortable to hold since you can use one or two fingers. I also like it’s MagSafe compatible and I don’t need to remove it but I dislike the need to stick it on your phone so I kept the film on although it’s a pain to remove from my MagSafe accessories since some of my accessories have really strong magnets.

I personally remove adhesive on my Ohsnap lux. The magnet strength is still really good with Phone rebel case or an Apple phone case. But love the review needed up getting a Tango grip. 😅

I've had both the OhSnap and the Tango. The entire middle portion of my OhSnap fell out on the 2 that I had. I got tired also of trying to adhere it to my Latercase (which has magsafe magnets installed on the inside)(also not a big fan of attaching ring adapters on the outside of the case, ruins the whole look imo) The reason why I was fiddling about trying to readheare it was because eventually the magsafe mount in my car just kept pulling it off my phone. So there was a short time that I thought about simply utilizing the OhSnap as an interchangeable accessory without the adhesive attached. But then I remembered how the entire middle portion fell out on me and I questioned its durability for that specific use case. I decided on getting the Tango. I will say this. The OhSnap is superior on a technical level. But Tango does 2 things really well. Better in fact than the OhSnap. The pop out/grip mechanism is outstanding. I truly can easily one hand it. And second, the fidget toy aspect of it. Clicking to open it and close it is so much more satisfying than any trick the OhSnap can pull off. That one feature alone is that good on the Tango. Now I did mention earlier on that I was utilizing a magsafe mount in my car. Me driving around and utilizing food delivery apps all the time makes this aspect of magsafe very important to me. The Tango doesn't play well with magsafe mounts. Luckily, I found out about their Tango mount. And boy, was I happy! It's both mechanical and magnetic so that concern can be set aside for now Tango just looks better. It's a more substantial feeling. It has those intangibles, if I may. Oh and it looks wicked cool in Jet Black attached to my Midnight Latercase. The OhSnap tries to be one too many things at the same time and it kind of becomes a muddled mess for it. Are there any faults with the Tango? I will say this. The coating can scratch and start to expose the bare steel underneath. Just be careful with it. Good rule of thumb: Don't put it in the same pocket of stuff you wouldn't keep your exposed phone with. If you're going to use it as a stand you need to make sure it's oriented the correct way on the phone unlike the OhSnap (did I mention that the OhSnap is superior on a technical level? Yes I did!) Also if you plan on getting the bare steel version of the Tango grip along with the car mount just be aware that it'll just spin around in it because of how smooth it is. The soft touch coating of the other colors adds some friction to help keep it lined up straight. So yeah! That's about it! It's the Tango for me!

I purchased a clips tik without realizing its features. It doesn't use glue or magnets, and it's easy to use with an adjustable leg. The total thickness is 2mm.

Nowadays there is a new trend to insert a tpu tag for lanyard attachment throught the usb hold of the phone case. And there are many big brand selling this rhinoshield, spigen, ringke vs generic. Could you do a review to check are they reliable and which is the best. Can it withstand some pulling force to hold up the phone for lanyard? That would be a easily demostable test, please do.

I just got the popsocket magsafe, is the 1 at number one easier to slide your 2fingers around ? I've a regular popsocket on a older phone and the new magsafe version is much more tighter and not much space for my fingers . Not sure it's probably been mentioned , but it's a major flaw

I so don’t agree with your selection for number one of the tango grip . On your recommendation and using your affiliate link, I bought it and really don’t care for it at all as a grip. I don’t find the spring comfortable and I’m not able to open it as easily as you do. I personally believe the Geo Wallet should rank much higher up with all the things it can do and do well. I only wish there was a clear pocket inside the fold of the Geo Wallet to show your license without having to take it out.

I’ve had the lovehandle pro for about 4 months now and the silicone does eventually have a little give to it after use. It’s the closest thing I could find to replacing the loopy case. I wish loopy would figure out a way to make a MagSafe case.

I have been desperately searching for an adjustable grip to use with my iPhone 16 Pro because the PopSocket Phone Grip Slide no longer works for the updated models due to the new camera control button! I loved the detail and enthusiasm in your video but some of us have really small hands and the magsafe grips are WAY too high up! I loved the grip slide because I was able to adjust based on how I was holding my phone, it was perfect! Any tips or suggestions!?!?

It was perfect for my hand & I didn’t even understand MagSafe anything until yesterday 😂 (it had MagSafe but I just didn’t know what that was lol) I used a regular popsocket lower down than where I think the MagSafe was and that’s on a MINI !! Seeing your comment makes me think I should just say F MagSafe and get a regular pop socket again. I don’t even have any MagSafe accessories but I was planning on getting a few I seen I really liked. I was hoping it wouldnt be an issue but seeing your comment is really making me wonder! What did you go with?

Your fatal flaw for the Ohsnap is it's best feature. Always there with no chance of losing it. And the adhesive is reusable.

Love the OhSnap 4 Lux. I keep my phone in a case at all times. I can stick my grip to my case and not have to worry about charging (as you pointed out that you can charge through it). You can also adjust the pull out so that you can use it as a stand. How many of the grips you have in the top 10 work well through a case? Maybe that should be part of your testing process? Sure, the OhSnap is stuck to the case, but it it secured to the case and you don't have to work about your phone dropping while using the grip. I will guess that all the rest only work well if you use them on a phone without a case?

Indeed, I'm looking forward to reviews on those. I went and ordered 3 cases already because I'm not sure which one I'll like. I am leaning towards the Moft Invisible (clear) as my next case for the 16 Pro. I'm eyeing the Mous Clarity 3.0 and Limitless 6.0, but at those prices I'm waiting for a review to speak usability with the camera button cutout. I really enjoyed the Apple silicon cases for my 12 mini so I also have one of those coming as a backup, plus an Apple clear case to consider, but I'm hoping I'll prefer the Moft Invisible and return those.
