Couldn't find Zoho WorkDrive For Zoho CRM that you showed in the video, the marketplace shows a different developer and pricing.

I installed that plug in a long time ago on our own system. It is still working and I like it a lot. Tried to install it on a clients CRM last week and couldn't find it anywhere. I contacted Zoho Support and was told that the plug in had been depreciated. No idea why, it was a free plug in developed by Zoho. I hope they plan to replace it with a new version. It is essential functionality in the CRM in my opinion.

No longer available. Had tons of issues but it really should come with CRM and be worked on by a team rather than a single employee who clearly got overwhelmed by support
