I remember watching Interstellar opening night. When the movie ended the entire audience remained seated and no one said a word. It was dead silence for 5 minutes. That movie made me think more than any other movie had up to that point. Still one of my all time favorites.

I would put Predestination on this list. The most mind-bending time travel film I’ve personally ever seen (besides Primer of course which is actually too technical for my taste).

I'm sorry, but you guys are missing an extraordinary movie that should be on this list, and that is Predestination with Ethan Hawke ... That movie is truly mindbending, and not only because of the time traveling implied, but also because of the theory upon which it was developed around ... Don't believe me, just go and do yourselves a favor and watch it!

Nikita Dubrovskih makes a lot of sense if u pay close enough attention it’s not that confusing, do what I did after the 5th time I watched, pay attention to Coopers relationship with his daughter...the concept of quantum physics goes beyond what it actually is in this movie. The idea only gravity can go back through space and time... when In all actuality “Love” can dwell in those same dimensions cause it was love that formed the TesseracT as well as it got him there

I recently rewatched Inception and then the Matrix Trilogy over the last 2 weeks and now I'm on a Nolan binge. I watched Memento for a third time last night and now considering Insomnia. Nolan is up there as my favourite director alongside Tarantino.

Inception is a mind bending masterpiece. I love the Matrix Trilogy and Memento is another amazing film that makes you think. Props to Christopher Nolan, he knows how to make amazing movies.

The Matrix is #1 in my book. The fact that we are indeed progressing towards a world filled with technology and AI research is at an all time high, I think the concept posed by the matrix is plausible, and for that it’s my #1. Interstellar is #2 & inception #3.
