More amazing information. Originally thought about building an Amazon store but truly think your own Brand and Store in the long run will pay off. One item I am hoping will appear in future video is establishing a relationship with fulfillment distribution company. Hoping to be able to reference sales to inventory and have someone else warehouse and ship.

Social media reach is decreasing? Ehm... I really want to know. I thought what was literally down was SEO and organic google results stuff (SEM, landing pages, etc). So, what's the next thing to replace social media for reaching customers ?

What is declining is organic social media reach, she wasn't talking about the total number of people using social media. In fact few years ago if you would have posted something to your business facebook page for example, probably around 30-50% of your followers would have seen this post. Nowadays, it's somewhere around the 10% mark so organic reach from social media has decreased massively.
