One of the best interviews I have seen in a long time. I like how Nathan gives his interviewee time to express their thoughts fully without interjecting. Ezra is inspirational, genuine and smart. Thanks for putting this out.

I get Hipster vibes... I have talked to some women who, allegedly, own their own company and are racking in 500k as young as 24... and when you look at their linked In they were just as Starbucks .. now they are a CEO? and they company is nothing but 20-28 yr olds doing "sells", for ATT and everything is 100% remote... the closest you get to meeting these kids is on Skype. I had an interview with these ppl and they had a hard address and during the interview.... I brought it up... and after the interview the address was gone off of google... LOL all these multi million dollar companies popping on On Indeed and they ALL have the SAME style website, SAME heartfelt quotes, they ALL don't even tell you what they do, THEY ALL sound SUPER positive SUPER solution driven , they ALL don't have contact information and FINALLY they ALL have a face book that's about 2-3 years old and 100% of their content on their Facebook is nothing but team group photos with them traveling all over the place, going to these fancy shows and business conferences, mems and positivity quotes.... .......... Come on bru... YOU'RE telling me if I hustle, I can make 5k a month selling cell phones and internet and cable contracts? Say NO MORE U 23yr old in a business suit on Skype...I mean If you ppl on here have made a living dealing with these young hustlers let me know .. that shit SCREAMS shady af.... If you got this far I was playing video games and this video just auto played ... I didnt choose to watch it and im 43 minutes in at the time of this post.

Great content, Greta has inspired me SO much and this summer I'm finally launching my matcha brand! Question: I've thought about partnering up with an influencer and giving her equity, but how should one decide what percentage of equity is reasonable to offer in exchange for posts? It's very difficult to predict the outcome. Very broad question I know but would appreciate any insights. PS: I disagree with you regarding "if you're not embarrassed by the first version of your product you're launching too late." I believe this is true for a service/software business because you can tweak the code in like an hour. But for a DTC brand with products (with potential MOQs of 2,000 units), you really don't want to be embarrassed by that product when you launch to market and invest in marketing - in my opinion :)

Young ones need to know that some failures can land you in jail and that's why u need to take calculated risk so u won't land in jail and won't get the opportunity to take more risk especially at an early age .so therefore if Freshers are working with loans for an example ,they should therefore invest more in fixed assets that can generate income that could help them break even rather than current assets that could be wiped out and put them in more debts

bitcoin costs too much energy and is a bigger fools market. it has no backing of anyone and can drop to 0 anytime because it isn't anyone's national currency. it's everyone's second currency that's why it will never be worth anything when times get clutch... also because it is super inefficient at what it does and can't compete with current world methods in volume of transactions. it will always be a favorite for meatheads with a superiority complex that got far enough in life to be able to gamble a bit of spare money. you know, the kind of people that got lucky that their genetics are just in the right time and place to not require any kind of self reflection whatsoever...
