2013 El Reno ended up being rated an EF-3, not an EF-5, despite its size and wind speed. The Enhanced Fujita scale is based on damage.

And it's a complete farce. It's not giving the storm the respect it deserves. There has been a few ef4s over the last decade that couldve easily gotten EF5 cat.

Super Eruption? Please, if you're going to make these at least get the terminology correct. Its Super Outbreak, its literally written on the screen. Was this read by an AI?

Interesting but a few nitpicking inaccuracies. The narrator did not mention the enhanced f scale and referred to even tornadoes before the change as EFs. El Reno, while having WF5 windspeeds was actually downgraded to EF3 because when it hit buildings it hadn’t hit ef5 level winds yet. It’s also debatable re the Tri State tornado. The narrator says it’s one single tornado but there is a possibility that it was multiple tornadoes. And it’s a super outbreak, not a super eruption. It’s not a volcano. I know these may seem minor but it kind of makes it seem like the researchers didn’t put that much thought in it.

Around 44: something. I think you meant to say tornado instead of hurricane

There were no EF rated tornados in the April 3, 1974 Super Outbreak, nor was the Bridge Creek Moore tornado of May 3rd 1999 an EF 5- the EF scale was not in use prior to 2007. I stopped watching this half way through there were so many inaccuracies

Pretty cheerful upbeat narration considering the subject, perhaps AI?
